Wholesale Key/National Manager (Foodservice) – Frozen Food
£35-45,000 Basic, 20% Bonus, Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits
Our Client is an international manufacturer of a range of Frozen Food products.
A vacancy has arisen for a Wholesale Key/National Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of Wholesale accounts worth c£30m pa. The majority of these accounts will be specialist Regional Wholesalers and the role comes with Full P& L responsibility.
It is essential that candidates have had significant exposure to the Delivered Wholesale channel within the Foodservice sector – this could be at Regional, Key or National accounts level but the most important thing is a detailed understanding of the mechanics of the delivered wholesale channel. Candidates should also come from the Food sector, ideally frozen food products although candidates from chilled & ambient will also be considered.
Candidates must therefore be fully familiar with the mechanics of the Wholesale Foodservice channel and have had Full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of Regional, Key or National Foodservice Wholesale accounts.

Sales Director – Chilled Meat Products
£70-80,000 Basic, Excellent Bonus, Company Car, Pension + Healthcare
Our Client, a rapidly expanding and well established business manufactures and supplies a range of chilled meat products to the Foodservice, Wholesale and Retail channels in the UK and overseas.
A vacancy has arisen for a Sales Director to set strategy, man manage, account manage and develop new business. The account management/new business responsibilities will cover 3 channels:
Foodservice – Wholesale & End Users – eg 3663, Brakes, SSP, Moto etc
Wholesale Cash & Carry – eg Booker, Bestway, Costco etc
Retail – Iceland, Aldi, Co-op etc
Man Management responsibilities will involve driving, inspiring and managing a small team of field and office based sales staff.
Ideally candidates will have experience of the Meat industry, failing that our Client will consider candidates from other chilled categories provided it’s Own Label and high volume/low margin/commodity type products eg Dairy/Cheese/Poultry etc. Candidates should also have some level of Man Management experience together with natural leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate.
It is essential that candidates have exposure to and ideally good contacts in National Accounts within the Cash and Carry Channel and the Foodservice Delivered Wholesale channel as well as strong experience with National Foodservice End User accounts.
Short-Medium term objectives of the role will be to significantly increase sales as well as set and implement policies to improve the overall efficiency of the sales operation.
Candidates should live within 90 minutes of our Client’s Head Office in the North East

Senior National Account Manager – Branded FMCG
£50-60,000 Basic, 10% Bonus, £5,000pa Car Allowance, Pension + Healthcare
Ethical based Company providing a range of Branded FMCG products require a Senior National Account Manager to manage and develop the Tesco account and another two of the Top 4 Grocery Multiples.
The accounts in question have huge potential and require a proactive individual to maximise sales and profit opportunities within these accounts.
Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully managing the Tesco account, failing that at least one of the Top 4 Grocery Multiples (preferably Sainsbury’s).
It is absolutely essential that candidates come from a Branded Product background. We are looking for a Senior NAM who has already had Full P&L responsibility. Someone who can sell on a category basis, can talk Neilsen/consumer insights/business modelling/data manipulation etc. They need to be entrepreneurial by nature and ready to really capitalise on this brilliant opportunity.

National Account Manager – Foodservice

Ethical based Company providing a range of Branded FMCG products require a Foodservice National Account Manager to manage and develop the Foodservice Wholesale channel.
They are looking for someone to manage the Wholesale Foodservice channel including 3663 and Brakes at Head Office level. The role will involve managing existing levels of business whilst also maximising opportunities within the accounts to increase sales.
Candidates can come from any Food or Drinks sector but they must have branded product experience. Ideally candidates will have experience of selling to and contacts within 3663 and/or Brakes at Head Office level however our client will also consider successful Foodservice NAMs with exposure to other National Delivered Wholesale accounts.
Candidates also need to have good exposure to Foodservice End Users in the Private and/or Cost sectors.

Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics
£30-38,000 Basic, Good Bonus, Car Allowance + Benefits
Our Client, an expanding Consumer Electronics business, is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop key multiple, independent and online retail accounts with responsibility for a sales portfolio worth c£3m pa.
The role will be to sell Consumer Electronics products to accounts such as Amazon, Hughes Electrical, QVC and Maplins.
Candidates must have substantial Account Management experience including having had direct responsibility for Amazon and/or Key Independents. Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills are essential and Consumer Electronics product experience would be very much preferred although not essential.
